Our Athlete Development program will help you be your best.

In just her third year as Head Coach for Blue Mt Community College,Coach Martin led the Timberwolves to the most program wins in 12 years,including the 3rd most in program history. She attributes much ofthe program’s success to the implementation of an off season program thatMartin designed.

Coach Martins program is based on functional training that incorporates flexibility, muscular strength, and muscular endurance. This is done while simulating heart rate duringcompetition. Coach Martin uses both traditional and nontraditional forms of training including basic lifts, crosstraining, plyometrics, yoga, pilates, ballistic strength, and balance. Coach Martin does all of this while staying sports specific. Her facility has over 3,400 square feet of functional space as well as a wide variety of strength training andequipment.

- Group or private training sessions
- Customized and functional "sport specific" fitness training
- 2 or 3 personal training sessions per week
- Comprehensive postural and flexibility plan
